Getting Here

Santa Barbara is accessible by air. We strongly encourage flying into Santa Barbara Airport, but there are three airport options available to you: Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) – Just 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara and our wedding venue. A small, charming airport with rental car access and serviced by all major rideshare companies.Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – Approximately 1.5–2 hours south by car; frequent nonstop flights.Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) – About 1.5 hours away and typically less hectic than LAX, with convenient rental car access.

La Playa Inn

A charming boutique inn just steps from the beach and our welcome party venue in the vibrant Funk Zone. Cozy, walkable, and ideal for guests who want to be close to coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, and beach strolls.

Transportation

We’re delighted to provide trolley service from two Santa Barbara locations to make getting around easy and enjoyable on the wedding day. Santa Barbara Trolley will pick up guests at the Mar Monte Hotel (East Beach) and Hotel Californian (the Funk Zone) beginning at 1:15 p.m. and will continue service until all guests have arrived at the Church. The Trolleys will depart from the Church for the Montecito Club beginning at 3:45 p.m. Transportation back to the Mar Monte Hotel and Hotel Californian will be available from 10:00 p.m. until the end of the event. We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us and hope the ride is part of the fun!
